We are a rapidly growing Online Publishing Company who provides training, tools and software services to real estate investors, seeking a top-notch customer relationship manager for our team.

YOU:

You love working with people one-on-one to help resolve high-level issues and provide solutions so our customers can know they are important and know they are being listened to.

You have great 'Team' skills and the ability to oversee multiple people in a management role, helping them to succeed and grow in their role.

You can make smart decisions on your own, with minimal guidance.

You love the idea of working from home.

You are available M-F with flexible hours and a competitive pay rate, starting at 20-30 hours per week with potential for more.

What Your Role Would Look Like

You would be responsible for overseeing our Customer Experience Team. The team fulfills client services, answers support tickets, support chat, and scheduled phone calls. They also perform setup of various software programs and services for our customers. 

Your management role would require understanding all of these processes and overseeing each of them to ensure the highest quality delivery. Additionally, you would be the top level decision-maker when a team member requires help in a certain situation. 

Skills Needed

If you've read this far, congrats! We've already mentioned quite a few of the requirements but you'll also:

  • Be great at using a computer, the internet and learning software in general
  • Have a proven record of being a great team member who's honest and loyal
  • Have incredible organizations skills (there's a lot going on over here!)
  • Learn quickly, adapt to situations, switch gears on the fly, be dynamic!
  • Not be afraid to make mistakes. That's how we learn and improve. 
  • Be super at dealing with people and situations. Most times, a customer with an issue simply needs to know they are cared about and we will find a solution!

Working From Home

One of the incredible things about our company is the fact that we all get to work remotely! There is no physical office building. All of our work is done over the internet and phone, including email, chat apps, video apps, skype and so on. Our team meetings are done via video conferencing. We have inter-team chat software so we can always connect with each other. It's really cool!


Since we all have this flexibility, there's a lot expected from each team member. Imagine, we don't have to get up, get ready for work, pack al our stuff, commute to and from. No way! Since we have this great opportunity, we are all expected to perform exceptionally. We can typically get much more done, in less time than someone who has to go to an office every day.

Time Commitment and Pay Scale

All of our team positions at Commando REI are very important. Your role will be overseeing many other critical roles that our company depends on. Our clients depend on. You'll start out at 20-30 hours per week, learning and integrating. If everything gets completed with that schedule, great! If more time is needed, we can move into that in the future. Hours are flexible but we'll need you M-F. Your pay is negotiable and will depend on your experience at first. As you grow with the company, there is a lot of opportunity for pay growth, depending on how your role expands. We like to take great care of our team so they always feel grateful and want to stay with us long-term.
